Senior Sales Negotiator £25k Basic, 40k OTE Permanent North Nottingham Mon - Fri :45am to 5:30pm and 1 in 2 Saturdays 9 to 3 Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a successful Independent Estate Agents business based across Nottingham. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join the team in North Nottingham, where you will play a key part in their success. Key responsibilities:

• Manage sales from first enquiry through to completion, arranging viewings, handling feedback, and keeping everything on track.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers, understanding what they need and guiding them through each stage of the process.
• Negotiate offers to achieve the best possible outcome while keeping deals moving and ensuring both sides feel confident.
• Generate new business, keep clients updated regularly, and provide a high level of service throughout.
• Liaise with solicitors, brokers, and surveyors to make sure sales progress smoothly.
• Stay organised with enquiries, compliance, and database management

• Proven experience in property sales with a solid understanding of the local market.
• Confident, clear communication
• Strong negotiation skills focused on achieving positive results for buyers and sellers.
• A customer-first mindset with a professional, approachable manner.
• A team-oriented attitude while remaining driven to hit targets and deliver results.
